Case in Point: Served as onsite "book captain" for a major defense contractor to develop the oral presentation volume in response to the RFP issued by the U.S. Air Force for replacement of their aerial refueling tanker fleet ("KC-X"). Responsibilities included managing the creation of a 100 chart, 4 hour presentation in parallel with the development of the proposal, coordination of support and presentation resources throughout the organization and around the country, and incorporation of a C-level video introduction.
Case in Point: Originally engaged to assist a multi-company group with the short-term re-development of a proposal to the Defense Logistics Agency for worldwide aviation tire supply support arising from a major strategy change. Was ultmately asked to remain for duration of project to assist in overseeing timely completion and delivery of the proposal and to subsequently coordinate and produce the required DVD-recorded oral presentation.
Case in Point: Acting on a mildly warm lead that was consistent with a new business value proposition for an energy services company, recruited and led a cross-functional proposal team to develop an initial concept and presentation. Worked with the customer to refine the concept that consequently won organization approval. The resulting relationship was not only a multiyear win with imbedded add-on business, but was also the precedent model for the national account program.
